419 – final
I made the dropbox, and asked you to label the files so that they all begin with your surname-, with the actual report as surname-report, and the others surname-xxx (whatever seems logical).

419 – last stuff
I put the PPT handouts for the last two days in Moodle. The schedule for presentations in the wiki. See you tomorrow (oh, wait, that would actually be today, since it is 12:05am).

Today I will be focusing on finishing the few I have left of Assignment 1, and the interim report.

There are 8 of you, so plan on no more than 15 minutes including a couple of minutes for questions.

I have placed links to two screencasts in Moodle. The first one is the same as the one that covered relevance ranking in LIS 415 last semester, so if you were in that course, you should be able to breeze through it as a refresher. I did not change anything in Assignment 3 (I had alluded to possibly changing one of the online services – but I have decided not to).
419 – slides et al.
I put all the slides up for the coming weekend in Moodle. I also put up a handout in connection with Friday night’s session – you would enjoy it more if you printed or otherwise had the handout. I also made the dropbox and discussion forum for the interim reports.
419 – outline
I futzed around with the outline of topics a bit, as I realized that I was packing a bit much in this Friday and Saturday. “Associative retrieval” will be screencast, and “Taxonomy and guided navigation” has moved to the last week. The readings moved with them. Nothing else changed.
419 – concepts
Hi guys – just a reminder that you have something coming up, and I quote from the course outline, “By Jun 26, 6:00pm – Have Assignment 2 concept analyses done and revised by me”. These need to be sent to me via e-mail, not put into Moodle (review Asst 2). Just sayin’.
