Senior Taxonomist (Financial Services)
Job Responsibilities:
• Work across the clients business units to develop understanding of the company’s business activities in order to establish enterprise-level controlled vocabularies and create robust classifications and hierarchies.
• Participate in developing taxonomies and thesauri for organizing information assets that enables enterprise search and compliance with corporate policies. Create documentation for managing and maintaining taxonomies and associated thesauri.

• Experience in developing and managing large or multiple taxonomies and search technologies
• Working experience in the financial services industry
• Excellent communication skills both orally and in written form
• Strong problem solving and conceptual thinking abilities
• Experience with developing and implementing strategies for enterprise taxonomy development and deployment
