Kim Mitchell, Assistant Director of Library Services, Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, obtained her MLS from Simmons College. She has been a speaker at regional and national library conferences. She is the eBookshelf column editor for the "Journal of Electronic Resources in Medical Libraries" and a contributor to the forthcoming edition of "The Medical Library Association Encyclopedic Guide to Searching and Finding Health Information on the Web". She teaches drug information workshops for public librarians and is an expert searcher for the National Library of Medicine's Healthy People 2020 Information Access Project. In her spare time Kim writes fiction and is currently seeking representation for her literary mystery, The Red Priests.
