Danielle Conklin is an experienced information professional and owner of Cotton Gloves Research, LLC, a historical research and information services company that offers in-depth and support research, consulting services, and training.

Before she founded Cotton Gloves, Danielle served as an information services librarian, cataloging librarian, museum educator, and freelance researcher/consultant. She is a graduate of the Library & Information Science program at Simmons College in Boston. Danielle completed graduate internships at both the Longfellow National Historic Site in Cambridge, MA, and the Duke University Libraries Preservation Department in Durham, NC. She was certified as a Kansas Public Library Administrator, Level IV by the State Library of Kansas.

Danielle’s memberships and affiliations include the Association of Independent Information Professionals (AIIP), American Association for State and Local History (AASLH), and Central Pennsylvania Association for Female Executives (CPAFE), among others. She has served as the Public Relations Chair for AIIP since 2010.
