Sarah Steiner

Sarah Steiner is the Nursing and Virtual Services Librarian at Georgia State University in Atlanta. She has nine years of experience teaching one-shot and term-long courses to teens and adults.

She writes and speaks on the topics of instructional assessment, technology planning and maintenance, and virtual reference. In 2008, ACRL published her co-edited volume The Desk and Beyond: Next Generation Reference Services, and in 2012, she published the book Strategic Planning for Social Media in Libraries as part of the LITA Tech Set Series.

Sarah was named a LYRASIS NextGen Librarian in 2009 and a Library Journal Mover & Shaker in 2011.
